He introduces himself as the number one host at the Ulysses host club in the Ginza district. He likes his job as it's a chance to make the ladies smile. He is also seen to be good with children as Mei (Ayumu Shirabe's daughter) takes a liking to him right away.
He often acts first without thinking, which often than not comes back to bite him in the butt as in no matter which route you take he always ends up getting hurt in some way.

His real name is Ryuji Kishiya, Ryuusei Mitarashi is his stage name he uses at work. In fact, it is the reason he is in the game in the first place as Makoto believes that Ryuusei changed his name as a means of running from the pain of losing both parents in the Kanedo bus crash. However Mitarashi is surprised and offended by the suggestion once he finds out as he uses his mother's maiden name because he was raised by his maternal grandmother, and points out that nobody uses their real given name when working in a host club. |
